- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation
- Oversee employee relations and handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Manage performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
