- Implement and deliver Coptic Orphans established programs within the agreed budget and in light of the relevant policies and plans
- Assist in all events and documentation and submit monthly and ad hoc progress reports to Area Manager
- Plan and conduct orientation meetings and training workshops for external and relevant partners on the technical and financial standards of Coptic Orphans
- Monitor, review and audit the program financial cycle at all sites ensuring the validity of all required financial documents and communicate all financial matters to the Finance Department for settlements and clearance
- Monitor field implementation by conducting regular visits to program sites providing ongoing support and feedback to program partners, participants and stakeholders
- Maintain effective communication with the Area Manager and the program management in Cairo and attend staff meeting in Cairo office on monthly or quarterly basis
- Responsible for logistics management, including but not limited to the preparation and planning of Coptic Orphans staff visits to the assigned area, accommodation and transportation booking when needed, and hall rentals for workshops/meetings
- Collect data from the field and update program database for the assigned area including entering beneficiary related data on Coptic Orphans system
- Perform other relevant duties and tasks as assigned by the direct manager
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business or any related field
- A certification and/or equivalent years of experience in accounting is an asset
- At least three years of experience in the civil and/or development sector with local NGOs or CSOs
- Experience working on projects in education, early childhood development, child protection and/or women empowerment is preferred
- Fluent in Arabic written and spoken; knowledge of English is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint), internet and email
- Ability to commute and travel between different sites in the assigned area
- Able to administer and utilize available resources to reach the program's goals
- Can work independently with minimal direction
- Stress-resilient to cope with complex conditions
- Able to assess social situations and act tactfully and responsibly
- Self-starter, motivated and team player
- Must have the children's interest at heart
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Good presentation and training skills
- Travel to Cairo may reach up to 30% of the time
- Work involves daily local travel in the assigned area
- Typical field environment including walking, sitting, typing, using public transportation, and occasional lifting of boxes or luggage
- Working out of the official hours and on weekends may be required
