
Electrical technical senior engineer

- Review and implement electrical design drawings and ensure alignment with site conditions, project specifications and requirements
- Review all MV electrical installation activities, including switchgear, transformers, RMUs, cable laying, terminations, and earthing systems.
- Oversee installation and integration of RTUs (T300/T500), (Prefer).
- Lead and manage subcontractors’ documents, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and as built drawings.
- Ensure planning targets and milestones are achieved through effective coordination and resource management.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and conduct regular safety checks.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including inspection logs, test reports, and as-built drawings.
- Experience with switchgear and substation automation and remote monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and electrical safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in MV electrical design / site execution, preferably in infrastructure or utility projects.
- Strong knowledge of MV systems (11kV/22kV), protection schemes, and installation standards.
- Hands-on experience with RTU T300/T500, (Prefer).
- Familiarity with IEC standards and local electrical codes.
- Fluent in English and Pakistani languages (e.g., Urdu; regional languages are a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
