- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
- Create and manage paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize display advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creative and marketing assets.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
- Identify and explore new performance marketing opportunities and channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the tech or startup industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Proficient in using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Experience with bid management platforms and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing for venture capital or investment firms.
- Knowledge of web development and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
