Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant Intern. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop essential administrative skills in a professional environment.
  • Assisting with general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files.
  • Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Providing support during meetings by taking minutes and distributing agendas.
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
