- Maintaining and organizing physical and digital files.
- Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Providing support during meetings by taking minutes and distributing agendas.
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
