This role will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Acino’s database. Working closely with SFE managers, program management and marketing teams, SSS will administrate, identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.This role covers the functions of technical project manager, administrator, Salesforce analyst and 100% dedicated to Acino’s mission of extending the use of OCE/Salesforce to the maximum limit.Your responsibilities will be:
  • Support the Salesforce CRM platform (OCE Personal) which integrates with other internal and external systems.
  • Work closely with technology liaisons of various platforms to troubleshoot issues and engage on issue resolution.
  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment with close follow up with SFE managers in countries. and supporting end users of the OCE system.
  • Focus the organization’s use of data for what best serves the mission and integration between systems.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes as appropriate with close alignment with data & systems manager and in cooperation with SFE teams in countries.
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, validation rules.
  • Manage less complex Salesforce integrations - those not handled by a Salesforce Developer or Consultant/Partner.
  • Identify, install, and maintain appropriate apps from the App-Exchange for event management, mass email, document merge, uploading and updating bulk changes and more.
  • Train new admin users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
  • Document customizations made in Salesforce.
  • Plan for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects like integration with META pulse and Acino DDR systems.
  • Resolve assigned cases following documented case management life cycles processes.
  • Perform system/data security related to profiles, groups, sharing rules and permission sets.
  • Provide first and second level production support as part of the Salesforce Agile Sprint deployment team. extending the support contracted already with IQVIA team for third level.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or related) in IT or life science.
  • A documented history of successful project completion.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification is preferred.
  • Salesforce for Pharmaceutical market certification is preferred.
  • Power BI skills are preferred; especially experience in connecting that with Salesforce.
  • Certified Salesforce administrator.
  • Familiar with managing data files using Excel to load with Data Loader,
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.
  • Ability to handle Salesforce data migrations.
  • Strong Salesforce interest and ability to quickly master new technology.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
