- Collaborating with ophthalmic surgeons and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and challenges
- Promoting cataract consumables, IOLs, and surgical equipment to generate leads and drive sales in your region
- Managing and developing relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets
- Identifying opportunities for surgical equipment sales and maintaining leads using CRM tools
- Developing action plans to meet financial targets, including conducting product demos and supporting marketing activities
- Planning and conducting account visits based on customer segmentation and visit frequency guidelines
- Reporting complaints and adverse events in accordance with company SOPs
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science or Biomedical Engineer
- Years of Experience: a minimum of 1-2y in the ophthalmology or med device field
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques, CRM tools, and product knowledge in ophthalmic surgery
- Behaviors: Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adherence to SOPs and compliance regulations
- Autonomy: Take ownership of your territory and sales targets, with the freedom to implement effective sales strategies.
