- Bringing orientations, feedback, and full support to the commercial team.
- Building analysis to ensure smart reporting on the performance across each territory/market.
- Working seamlessly with all departments (operations, logistics, procurement, ..), enabling decision-making and problem-solving.
- Constantly working toward improving sales volumes in the AMEA region by interpreting and communicating customers requirements.
- Negotiating with customers and managing sales orders in line with established commercial policies.
- 10 years of experience in sales and commercial activities in the chemicals industry or trading.
- Adaptability to/ and readiness to travel to African and Middle East countries.
- Well organized, strong interpersonal skills with a strong ability to go further than expectations.
- English is a must.
- French is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a must.
