-troubleshooting and handling customer incidents, changes ,events & problems
-dealing with customer issues and meeting SLA/KPIS
-Handling escalations.
-replying over customer inquiries through mails , phones..etc
-working on known error database.
-documentation of Technical instructions.about you-BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
-strong communication and customer facing skills
-good knowledge of network and cloud fundemantals.
-experience/ Knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows OS.
-Experience / knowledge with Microsoft Active Directory.
-Experience/ knowledge with Linux OS Administration/troubleshooting is recommended.
-VMware Administration & troubleshooting experience is preferable.
-Ability to learn new applications & technologies
-Excellent Command of English Language.
