As an HR Operations Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day operations, including:
- Assisting with HR documentation, data entry, and employee records management
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process
- Helping coordinate employee engagement activities
- Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR information
- Contributing to process improvement and HR projects
- Assisting in Social Ins. activities .... etc
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to commit to a hybrid internship schedule (in-office + remote)
