If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.Role purpose:To Provide Scrum master Capabilities and Services to the Delivery Scrums (Ex: Taas, Analytics,..etc.) through Facilitating and administering Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Release and Sprint Planning meetings, Retrospectives, and Review meetings and capture feedback, Maintain the Product Backlog and support the Product Owner in developing it, and ensure that User Stories are ready for the next Sprint, Coach and guiding the Scrum team to perform at its best and how to get the most out of self-organization,..etcKey accountabilities and decision ownershipFacilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in agile methodology.Helps product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.Facilitate and administer Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Release and Sprint Planning meetings, Retrospectives, and Review meetings and capture feedbackWork as the administrator of the Scrum board, ensure that tasks are up to dateMaintain the Product Backlog and support the Product Owner in developing it, and ensure that User Stories are ready for the next SprintCommunicate clearly to Product Owner around priorities and timelinesDocument progress and create relative charts/reports (Burn-Down, Burn-Up, … etc) to track the performance of the team and share with management and team membersHelp the Scrum team to identify and resolve problems, and remove impediments, whether internal or external to the teamCoach and guiding the Scrum team to perform at its best and how to get the most out of self-organizationEnsure team follows the values and practices of ScrumFacilitate team communication within the team and with different stakeholdersLead awareness/knowledge transfer sessions to establish an Agile environment across VodafoneCore competencies, knowledge and experience:graduation degree in technologyworking in international, distributed teamsExperience of working on projects that span multi-disciplinary areas of differing size and complexity to meet business expectations and deliver results.confident and able to liaise and influence at all levels within Vodafone and/or relevant customer organizationsexcellent organization and prioritization skills with demonstrable experience of the production of plans to describe stage, phase, dependency and milestonesStrong communication and mentoring skillsProactive and self-motivatedGood listener and people orientedSkilled at facilitating and leading teams.Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparencyMust have technical / professional qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience4-6 Overall years of experience2-4 years of experience as scrum master in Agile projectsScrum master certified (Scrum Alliance/ICAgile)Experience is projects/Deliveries Running with SAFe is more preferableHands-on experience in playing the Scrum Master role or being part of a Scrum teamAt least 2 years' working experience in software development environmentKnowledge of other Agile methodologies and frameworks is a plus (Kanban, FDD, XP, Scaling Agile, … etc)Familiarity with Agile delivery toolsets (JIRA, Confluence, … etc)Prince 2 or certification achieved in recognized project management methodologyFluent in EnglishTechnical Project Manager experience(in hosting or delivering hosting projects)ITILVodafone is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the very best people by offering a motivating and inclusive workplace in which talent is truly recognised and rewarded.
