- Checking the Scope of the Request and validate the prerequisites
- Make sure the design is Validated and reviewed
- Coordinating the delivery chain (including NS chain for Business Talk over IP)
- Ask for the required resources
- Follow up the HW ordering and delivery
- Requesting configuration tasks
- Arrange for Acceptance Tests, Customer AT and Go lives if any
- Configuring directly Orange gatekeeper for the standard Orders
- Supervising SAT, setting-up the RFS and sending the SCN to the customer
- Handing over to operations
- Communicating the Voice orders progress towards the customer
- B.Sc. Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the fields of Telecommunication and Networking
- Strong knowledge of project management methodology ( PMP or Prince 2 Certificate is a big plus )
- Agile Mindset

- Customer Service and Telecommunications experience, highly desirable
- Customer centric oriented
- Flexibility to work with different cultures and hours, team player , communication, Leadership skills, Prioritization and Balance
- Very well organized and have time management skills as well as Organization and planning
- Very good knowledge of Voice Services and Protocols as well as LAN and WAN solutions
- Fluent in English
- French speaker will have priority
