Modern Workplace Consultant to join the team, the best candidatewill lead and participate in the technical efforts to build and succeed with Client’s Modern Workplace and cloud services deployment and migrations projects delivery in EMEA (Also, could extend to support other regions when required), which supports its Workforce, and Digital IT transformation practices.He or she must demonstrate strong hands-on and relevant working experience and skills at one or more of the following core competencies: Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions around Modernized Endpoint, Zero-Trust Security model, Teamwork, Messaging, and a plus for Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).Responsibilities:Delivery (Post-Sales):

Understand, collect, propose, and communicate requirements to all solution stakeholders (internal and external).
Planning, design, automate, orchestrate, and implement the entire stack of Microsoft, VMware, and Dell solutions.
Develop the right strategy for customers’ internal IT Transformation as cloud advisory and joining in the execution to ensure that the planned goals are achieved.
Serves as a subject matter expert for cloud advisory services, workloads migration, messaging systems migrations and VDI and provides needful assistance & technical guidance, mentorship to his/her team members.
Roadmap development for migrating a monolithic application to micro-service architecture.

Presales Assistance as needed:

Conduct POCs to demo new ideas and help solidify technical direction.
Assist Solution Architects in creating Statements of Work as Cloud and VDI/EUC SME as needed.
Lead “As-is / To-be” consulting workshops with customers to support strategic opportunities as needed.
Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and other technical domain SMEs on our most strategic pursuits to generate proposals and SOWs.

Requirements

10 years of IT Consultancy working experience, 5 plus years of them in Modern Workplace experience.
Expert-level experience with Active Directory mega migration projects, Azure AD, as well as federation services (ADFS, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor authentication (MFA), and other related Identify and Access Management (IAM) technologies.
Expert experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 migrations, Microsoft Windows clustering technologies, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DFS file systems.
Expert-level experience with Microsoft Exchange Online migration projects from different messaging environments like Exchange on-prem, G-Mail, Lotus Notes, IMAP, etc.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot projects with required Security benchmark consultations and implementations.
Good knowledge with workload migrations projects and tools for (P2V, V2V and X2C).
Good knowledge and hands-on with VMware Horizon, Microsoft Virtual Desktop and Hyper-V / Citrix is a plus.
Microsoft Expert M365 Enterprise Administrator certification.
Microsoft Azure or AWS or Google cloud-related certification.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Desirable Requirements:

Understanding of modern IT datacenter practices and IT business operations across the ITIL service lifecycle.
Good knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google (IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS) and other relevant cloud technologies.
Good knowledge of Dell PowerEdge and VxRail - Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and Azure Arc for cloud Management
Good knowledge of Serverless and Kubernetes platform for cloud-native development.
Experience with SQL, VB, Batch, PowerShell, and other scripting languages.
Knowledge with Data content migrations in high scale to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint sites.
Knowledge with Persona assessment and digital employee experience (DEX) consultations.
Knowledge and development skills in ITSM products like Service NOW.
