- Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and contract documents to prepare mechanical shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Perform engineering calculations for HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and material take-off (MTO) for mechanical works.
- Review and approve suppliers’ and subcontractors’ technical submittals.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and site execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC, etc.).
- Provide technical support to site engineers and resolve design or execution issues.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain updated technical documentation.
- Liaise with consultants and clients for technical approvals and clarifications.
