We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Main responsibilities will be:1- Conceive and implement SEO Content StrategyAct as the subject matter expert and manage all aspects of Valeo SEO initiativesDevelop semantic analysis with the aim of drafting SEO-friendly contentDevelop and implement effective SEO strategies across various marketsHelp draft editorial content for our websites and applications adhering to SEO best practices and editorial guidelinesBenchmarking: you’ll be continuously looking at the competition and the main digital players to feed Valeo’s digital strategyLeverage AI Tools for SEO tasks such as keyword research and content optimization.2- Optimize technical SEO through your technical expertiseKeep tracking the latest SEO trends and best practicesHelp implement a link-building strategy via quality web partners, working alongside our Webmaster and Communication teamsOptimise existing content (meta titles, meta descriptions, etc.)Assist with mentoring and training business stakeholders and product owners in the team to help draft functional SEO requirements intended for the Technical teamCoordinate with Valeo IS Digital team to implement technical SEO recommendations3- Measure your actionsSet measurable SEO goals and monitor performanceRegularly report on SEO metrics for continuous improvementRequirements:5+ years of experience as passionate SEO expert for a medium to large website or at an agency, covering all aspects of SEO from high-level strategy down to technical SEOYou have a strong understanding of search engines' crawling behavior and impact on traffic and revenueIn-depth Knowledge of Search Engine Algorithms: Expert understanding of how search engines rank pages and adjust strategies accordinglyYou have some background in project management, preferably as an SEO Program Manager or SEO Project ManagerYou are comfortable with technical concepts and adept at learning new technology applicationsPrevious experience producing SEO web content, either in a personal or professional capacityCreative thinker: you know how to engage your audienceClued-up on the latest SEO and content creation best practicesYou have strong interpersonal skills; you can work with both technical and business staffOpen-minded and a team playerEnglish speakerJob: Aftermarket Marketing SpecialistOrganization: RO/PL R&DSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Local + contractJob Posting Date: 2024-04-06Join Us !
