- In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions with a focus on payroll processing, personnel administration, and ensuring compliance with ITIDA by-laws and policies.
- -Personnel:
- Handle HR operational activities, including employee record management, documentation, and compliance.
- Processing new hire paperwork (Contract, NDA, Security policy)
- Manage benefits administration, leave management, and employee data maintenance.
- Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to by employees.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and design customized training modules.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and execute a structured onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth assimilation into the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to create onboarding schedules and provide necessary resources and materials.
- Conduct orientation sessions, communicate company policies, and facilitate new hire introductions.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding process based on employee experiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and support.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and implement system enhancements.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze performance data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- •Bachelor's degree in a relevant major.
- •Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
