Job Overview:The position is responsible to Plan, Perform and control the logistics operation activities. Liable for record-keeping, inventory control, transportation, movement of equipment and disbursement of materials.Key Functional Responsibilities:1. Plans and creates logistics schedule for delivery and pick-up2. Ensures cost effective logistics solutions are implemented.3. Provide necessary road guidance for drivers and operators.4. Operates within the applicable logistics policies, and procedures.5. Ensures man or material movement is done in the most cost effective and time saving way.6. Plans internal and external logistics routes for vehicles, machinery and employees.7. Ensure all vehicles are regularly serviced and well maintained.8. Maintains service and fuel consumption of all vehicles and machinery and updates the vehicle allocation list regularly.9. Ensure vehicles and plant are operated safely by trained personnel and in a legally compliant manner.10. Ensure all equipment is inspected, maintained and tested to agreed frequencies.11. Maintains records of vehicles or machinery from suppliers and ensure necessary contracts and agreements are in place.12. Implements Facility related policy and procedures.13. Oversees Facility administration and maintenance.14. Ensures all safety and security protocols are followed.15. Plans and budgets all facility-related activities.16. Ensure all facilities are clean without any pending maintenance issue.Qualifications and Experience:ยท Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics related course or Equivalent
