- Develop, drive and implement the program.
- Establish effective project management and monitoring mechanisms and ensure timely delivery of the program cycles.
- Periodically report the program’s progress to the management.
- Follow and perform Flat6Labs process and make sure it is well communicated to different team members.
- Identify partnership opportunities and provide oversight on establishing local and international partnerships.
- Manage project budget and supervise financial controlling for the project spending and procurement.
- Work on the development of a network of support partners, including financial, non-financial and development agencies.
- Identify the business objectives and goals in coordination with the Management, and ensure that they are well-executed.
- Report the status of the program and startups to key stakeholders and ensure the reports are submitted on time.
- Effectively managing the program team, building a culture of team collaboration and ensuring they are well-oriented on Flat6Labs process.
- Strengthen engagement with local startup ecosystems, through building partnerships and identifying best channels to source entrepreneurs to apply to the program in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the program and its events are well advertised locally, in addition to promoting the program services, activities and applications to the biggest number of potential entrepreneurs.
- Establish relationships with entrepreneurs community in the region.
- Fully handle and coordinate the selection process of startups to be inducted into the program cycles from application reviewing to filtration, interviews, shortlisting for bootcamps and final presentation to the Selection Committee.
- Oversee the training and mentorship programs provided to the startups and assist in recruiting high quality mentors, trainers and speakers for the program.
- Managing and coordinating the online platform with the internal and external teams to ensure a smooth setup of content, curriculum, CRM, interface,etc .
- Help set the goals and milestones for the startup companies and follow up on the progress with respective startup teams.
- Work with the startup teams on structuring and perfecting their investor pitch and presentations.
- Nominate potential startups for follow-on funding.
- Supervise the organization and logistics of all program events and assist in putting the invitee list and inviting different guests and potential investors.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in entrepreneurship, technology, business management, or related field.
- Bachelor degree in business/management studies.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Tech savvy and can manage programs both physically and virtually in the region.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Engaged and Well-connected with the local business, investor community, and local and regional startups.
- Travel ability within the regions.
