Job Description :We are looking to bring on a Head of strategic initiatives & special projects at NowPay as we enter an exciting next stage of growth. The ideal person will be experienced, sharp, and versatile — with strong fin-tech exposure, proven project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment. This role will work closely with me on strategic and operational initiatives across the business.

  • The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in strategic roles, particularly within the fin-tech sector.
  • This position requires a sharp and versatile individual with proven project management skills.
  • You will work closely with the executive team on various strategic and operational initiatives across the business.
  • Your ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment will be crucial to your success in this role.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and executing key projects that align with our strategic goals.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to drive initiatives forward.
  • The role is hybrid, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work in Giza, Egypt.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic initiatives and project management, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
