Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the testing and commissioning activities of electrical systems to ensure they meet design specifications, operational requirements, and safety standards. The role involves coordination with design, installation, and client teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth handover of systems.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review testing and commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules for electrical systems.
Conduct functional, performance, and safety tests on electrical installations and equipment.
Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, etc.).
Coordinate with engineering, installation, and client teams to resolve technical issues.
Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rectification of electrical systems.
Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for project handover.
Ensure all testing activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide technical support during the installation and integration phases.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality of work during testing and commissioning stages.
Assist in training client representatives on system operation and maintenance.
