- Team Leadership: Supervise and train the guest relations team to provide outstanding service to all guests.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve services and address concerns proactively.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- VIP Services: Manage special arrangements for VIP guests, including personalized services and amenities.
- Reporting: Maintain records of guest interactions and prepare reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.
- Standing for extended periods.
- May be exposed to varying temperatures and noise levels.
