- Identify, qualify, and actively pursue new business opportunities tailored to expatriates and international clients in Egypt.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients to ensure deep customer engagement and retention.
- Develop and execute effective market entry and growth strategies for the expat segment, leveraging local insights and global best practices.
- Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive business presentations and proposals in English to international and local stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed commercial targets through a combination of proactive lead generation, customer-focused sales, and excellent account management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement of services and solutions.
- Utilise technical experience to analyse customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions and service improvements.
- Exceptional Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written English skills with the ability to tailor your message to diverse audiences.
- Customer Focus: Show dedication to understanding expatriate client needs, providing exceptional service, and building long-term trust.
- Time Management: Balance multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, prioritising tasks and maintaining a productive workflow.
- Technical Experience: Comfort and proficiency with digital tools, CRMs, and communication technologies.

- English Proficiency: Fluent English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- +1 year of proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relations, ideally within international or expatriate settings.
- Experience working in Egypt or the Middle East region is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with varied technical and digital platforms, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
