MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN PRIVATE LABEL SOURCING OF FOOD PRODUCTS OR EXPORTSCore Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day export operations, ensuring accurate preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.) and compliance with destination market regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal logistics teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient shipment execution and delivery.
  • Monitor the full export cycle, proactively addressing delays, discrepancies, and potential penalties, while maintaining strong communication with clients and partners.
  • Support the commercial team in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers for private label products by gathering quotes, sampling, and assessing value vs. cost.
  • Collaborate on packaging development, label approvals, and contract alignment to ensure private label products meet market and brand requirements.
  • Maintain vendor databases, monitor contract performance, and assist in negotiation support for better pricing, terms, or lead times based on volume forecasts.
  • Analyze commercial and supply chain data to support pricing strategies, sourcing decisions, and sales forecasts using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Generate regular performance reports covering export volumes, supplier SLAs, landed cost breakdowns, and margin contribution by product or channel.
  • Translate data insights into business actions, such as recommending supplier switches, highlighting high-margin SKUs, or flagging operational bottlenecks impacting sales.
