Description:One of our partners who is leading educational institution in the US offering a diverse range of courses catering to various age groups, specialized homeschooling programs, and targeted tutoring services, is seeking a skilled Sales Closer & Advisor. This pivotal role is tailored for an individual who not only excels in closing deals but also provides expert guidance, assisting potential students and their families in navigating through our educational offerings to identify the best fit for their academic requirements. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English communication skills, adeptness in building relationships, and a strategic approach to driving deals to successful outcomes.Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact and foster relationships with potential students and their families, understanding their educational goals, and providing guidance on the most suitable courses, homeschooling options, and tutoring services offered.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to demonstrate how the academy’s educational programs align with the prospects' aspirations or academic needs.
  • Guide potential clients through the decision-making process, offering informed advice, addressing concerns, and securing enrollments through effective closing techniques.
  • Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to gain a deep understanding of the academy’s offerings, thereby enhancing the advisory and sales process.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and successful conversions, utilizing this data to refine strategies and personalize future client engagements.
Key Performance Indicators for Success:Achieve enrollment targets through effective sales closures, contributing to the academy’s growth.Receive positive feedback from clients on the advisory and enrollment experience, indicating high levels of satisfaction and trust.Demonstrate the ability to nurture leads through both the advisory and sales stages, resulting in high conversion rates.Desired Achievements:

Requirements
