- Relationships - Develops and strengthens relationships with Sr. Executives of the Alliance to drive development of opportunities, pipeline & marketing positioning.
- Strategy and Investments - Executes the alliance strategy and investment plans and be responsible for the growth strategy and scaling of alliance delivery capability - senior hires, team hires, acquisitions. Effectively engage Alliance network, products, platforms, hybrid solutions, and other Alliances to position Deloitte as a key player in their Alliance's marketplace.
- Revenue and Sales - Responsible for setting and delivering Deloitte Alliances sales, pipeline and revenue targets for Alliances. Responsible for Identification and support of high priority alliance pursuits/pipeline.
- Marketing Positioning and Eminence - Sets and executes the alliance marketing plans and eminence strategies (e.g., marquee event sponsorship. Responsible for implementing these strategies at market level and for ensuring integration with offerings marketing and eminence requirements.
- Cross-business, Cross-Border - Responsible for the expansion and enhancement of the alliance across Deloitte. Provides input to the Deloitte Leadership, Offering Leads and Industry Leads cross-business on alliance related opportunities or pursuits.
- Years of Experience: 8-12 Years
- Relevant Experience range: 5-7 Years
- Technical Skillset: Alliance management, sales, business development, marketing.
- Education: bachelor's in science or engineering, or Business
- Industry: Cross industry knowledge in two of the following:
- Required Technical Certification: CISM
