- During your tenure as a Senior Manager in Cyber Strategy & Talent Transformation, you will demonstrate your knowledge and capabilities in the following areas:
- Provide management consulting and advisory services, particularly in cyber transformations within sectors like Government & Public Sector (GPS), Education, and Defence.
- Lead cyber security risk management and external benchmarking function, delivering frameworks, processes, and tools to achieve cyber risk reduction.
- Design and implement an organization wide strategy and a target operating model to define the governance model, processes, procedures, and capabilities for the to-be-state.
- Ability to work with government entities, ideally government ministries such as Education, Defence, Security and Justice
- Design solutions and value propositions to clients and deliver Cyber strategy and talent transformation engagements.
- Manage client accounts, lead complex projects, and effectively manage ME project economics (with a focus on profit), cash collection and margin, risk and quality.
- Drive business growth and client servicing, managing proposals and build client relationships, optimising (where permissible) cross-business market opportunities that leverage the strength of Deloitte.
- Establish Deloitte as a leading end-to-end Cyber transformation provider in this market, contributing to Deloitte brand building through Eminence activities and thought leadership reports.
- Experience in the design and management of security solution implementations and / or remediation programs to address risks across AV, patching, secure build, vulnerability scanning & remediation, logging and monitoring, segregation, threat management, user awareness.
- Design and deliver strategies to augment client's cyber culture addressing training and awareness, capacity building, innovation, and R&D.
- Foster a strong sense of inclusion and loyalty in teams, setting their direction in line with the Deloitte's values, strategy, and ambition, demonstrating a purposeful and lifelong learning culture.
- Focus on delivering results by building, coaching, and managing teams, leveraging individuals' strengths and skills and motivating them to succeed.
- Acts as a Deloitte brand ambassador to help attract top talent as well at target clients, establishing it as a clear leader in the Middle East.
- Demonstrates highly entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong technical underpinning.
- Supports the development and growth of individuals in the practice and building trusted relationships across the firm and its global network.
- Nurturing and strengthening internal and external relationships to ensure successful development of the practice.
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field /M.S. degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in cyber security strategy and transformation engagements
- Proven experience in cyber strategy and a background in cyber or technology.
- Deep understanding of cyber security standards, regulations, and best practices (including ISO 27001, NIST, SANS Top 20, Dubai ISR, NESA, HIPAA etc.)
- Preferred Qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA and SANS GIAC
- Certifications from leading vendors
- Consulting or Professional Services background gained with a Big 4, strategy consulting firm, or technology vendor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and drive the team in meeting the engagement objectives.
- Ability to manage many competing tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage problems and conflicts efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to manage large accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
