Marketing Manager

• Establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Providing leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the multi-channel marketing strategy.
• Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Responsible for increasing brand awareness, brand affinity, brand loyalty, and market share.
• Creating, maintaining, and conducting analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracting key insights (customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices) for future campaign development and strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
• Managing and negotiating with third-party agencies and vendors.
• Developing and managing annual marketing budgets, regularly monitoring expenditures; and preparing summary assessments and reports.
• Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
• Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
• Established press and media contacts.
