In doubt, taking proactive action and measuring country / team performance and sharing the outcome with local management.*Taking corrective actions and communicating changes to be made within operations and systems. Also taking corrective actions and communicating changes to be made within source systems and PSA BDP Global systems in accordance with IT.*Acting as a SME "Subject Matter Experts" for Egypt to raise the performance of people and systems within PSA BDP. Creating a sense of urgency and taking ownership in development of tools and reports to support operations and gain more productivity.*Support sales in sales force system and reporting.Exemption TypeExempt (Salaried)Job RequirementsQualifications/Experience

Bachelor's degree is required.

2-5+ years in a BA or analyst role, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, shipping.

Must be Excellent in English both written and verbal Communication
Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, word, Excel and Power Point) , Adobe Acrobat

Strong communication Skills

Analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Ability to work cross-functionally
