- 3+ years' experience in business analyst roles
- PMI- PBA Certification
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to help collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand business requirements, translate and execute the technical analysis, derive metrics calculations, and present the information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work cross-functional teams to translate business issues into potential analytics solutions ((listening, questioning, challenging etc.)
- Problem-solving skills, Accuracy and attention to detail, ability for critical thinking, creativity
- Create / Update Business Impact Assessment
- Learn and understand the different business areas that will be impacted by changes.
- Create Key Stakeholder Map
- Confidence in managing/leading calls when carrying out BIA walkthrough.
- Working closely with the BA's to ensure the BIA is correct with correctly identified stakeholders for each impacted business area

- Writing minutes and creating any action plans when needed
- Facilitating business training, tracking, and ensuring completion
- Understanding of different training mediums, PowerPoint slides, classroom based, LWIs, learning objectives, online, MS teams training, whiteboard.
- Drafting comms, comms proof-reading, communicating comms to large audiences, outlook understanding of how to send to DLs and use of BCC.
- Storing comms on SharePoint and version controlling created comms
- Understanding of Early Life support - Ideally, candidate will be upskilled to mitigate SPOF by knowing how the ELS role operates and cover the role if needed. (Incident Management & Release Verification)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Microsoft Power BI or Power Apps knowledge (is a huge plus)
