- Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensuring attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships at senior levels with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and maintain sales leads and prospects.
- Understanding the underlying needs of the customer and identifying new business possibilities.
- Running the negotiations with the customer and moves the business to the agreed upon margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Continuously assessing market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications, and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment.
- Fulfilling the expected number of customer visits, logs the visits and communicating the results with the sales management team.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and appropriate solutions to the customers.

- Building segment and strong relationship with developers (preferable)
- You have BSc. degree in Electrical Power.
- You have 5 years of experience in Sales and marketing, preferable to be in similar field.
- You are at ease communicating in English & Arabic
- Medium voltage and Low voltage switchgear experience is a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate work experience in Salesforce (big advantage)
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in leadership capabilities, negotiation, presentation & communication skills.
