- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for all departments within the company.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of products and services throughout the production and distribution processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints from customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards for raw materials and components.
- Manage a team of quality control inspectors and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Bachelors degree or similar in Quality Management, Science or Engineering
- 10-15 years of quality management experience within Food Production Manufacturing Especially Coffee, Pulses & Grains Production.
- Knowledge of ISO & NAFSA quality standards and experience performing quality and food safety system audits
- Professionalism and dedication to excellence in quality and customer care
- Excellent relationship building skills and communication
- Proven track of leading people and passion to develop employees
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven
- Profound MS Office skills
- Available to Reallocate to Gamasa.
- Experience with ERP (SAP/ORACLE).
