Job Description:Position: Quality Control Manager (Large Group)Location: Cairo, EgyptContract Details: Full-time, 5-year contractCompany Overview:Our company is a large group with a diverse portfolio of businesses, including manufacturing, distribution, and retail. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.Job Overview:As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and procedures for all of our businesses in Cairo, Egypt. You will work closely with department managers and employees to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. This is a full-time position with a 5-year contract.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for all departments within the company.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of products and services throughout the production and distribution processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or complaints from customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards for raw materials and components.
  • Manage a team of quality control inspectors and provide guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:Job Holder Technical Skills:
  • Bachelors degree or similar in Quality Management, Science or Engineering
  • 10-15 years of quality management experience within Food Production Manufacturing Especially Coffee, Pulses & Grains Production.
  • Knowledge of ISO & NAFSA quality standards and experience performing quality and food safety system audits
  • Professionalism and dedication to excellence in quality and customer care
  • Excellent relationship building skills and communication
  • Proven track of leading people and passion to develop employees
  • Highly self-motivated and self-driven
  • Profound MS Office skills
  • Available to Reallocate to Gamasa.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP/ORACLE).
