An Electrical Technical Office Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in residential building construction projects. Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating all technical and engineering documents related to electrical works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to prepare electrical shop drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Perform load calculations, voltage drop calculations, and cable sizing in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and material take-off (MTO) for electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Review and approve suppliers’ and subcontractors’ technical submittals.
  • Follow up on material procurement and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
  • Provide technical support to the site team and resolve design-related issues.
  • Ensure all designs and drawings meet applicable electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, progress reports, and project logs.
  • Liaise with consultants and clients for design clarifications and approvals.
