- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across all levels — from entry-level to executive.
- Directly source, interview, and evaluate candidates using modern sourcing and assessment techniques.
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Maintain and grow a proactive talent pipeline for key client industries.
- Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience across every touchpoint.
- Act as an outsourced HR partner to select clients (typically 1–2 days per week), advising on:
- Job descriptions and role architecture
- Egyptian labor law compliance and HR policy
- Performance management frameworks
- Organizational design and change initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to deliver high-impact HR solutions
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve processes.
- Support HQ’s internal HR needs including performance reviews, onboarding, and documentation.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and strategic HR projects.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Proven ability to manage both hands-on recruiting and broader HR advisory tasks.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Commercially minded, with the ability to align people initiatives with business goals.
