As a Commercial Development Executive you will be responsible for working and overseeing the business growth, in addition to supporting the business development team of our organization as presales. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, expanding our client base, and securing new business opportunities.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing industry penetration strategy and identifying growth opportunities through innovative growth hacking techniques.
- Create comprehensive business development reports, optimizing outreach and conversion rates with growth hacking tactics.
- Crafting tailored proposals and documentation, integrating growth hacking principles to increase effectiveness and win rates.
- Supporting relationship management efforts, leveraging growth hacking tactics to foster long-term client engagement.
- Assisting in closing business partnerships and achieving KPIs, utilizing growth hacking to expedite deal closure.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to scale operations and market presence.
- Providing regular commercial reports, measuring performance and optimizing strategies with growth hacking metrics.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, French language is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience with a focus on pre-sales and growth hacking.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in pre-sales strategies and growth hacking techniques.
- Extensive familiarity with specific industry sectors.
- Experience managing key accounts.
- Proficiency in market research techniques and analysis.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking.
