We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth by developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing technical solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, deep understanding of the products or systems being sold, and the commercial acumen to close deals and expand market share.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities in assigned regions or sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
  • Work closely with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
  • Understand and interpret complex technical requirements, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Lead negotiations on technical and commercial terms with customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Provide input for pricing strategies, cost estimations, and sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to identify customer trends and provide feedback for product development.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and its offerings.
  • Keep updated records of activities and leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Mentor and support junior sales engineers as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in the field of sales preferred in panels, lighting, L.V components & smart solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Wide network with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required (local and/or international).
