Export Operation Manager

- Manage end-to-end export operations, including order processing, documentation, shipping, and delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of export orders in compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, sales) to align export schedules and product availability.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and inspection agencies.
- Prepare and verify export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, etc.).
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve logistics issues.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of records and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Monitor changes in international regulations and tariffs and update internal processes accordingly.
- Optimize logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and train the export operations team.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 710 years of experience in export operations, preferably in the plastic or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, customs clearance, and international shipping regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and export management software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
