
Research Manager - Consumer Market Insights

- Lead and manage end-to-end research projects for clients - being involved in all research stages like questionnaire development, data analysis, report writing, and client presentations, to drive the smooth execution of projects, whether independently or with the support of team members.
- Demonstrate expertise across research types - brand health, C-SAT, Mystery Shopping, Usage & Attitude, Custom Ad hoc work
- Translate client business questions into research designs and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (data science, operations, client service) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent service and consultative support.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Mentor team members on project execution and managing client expectations
- Handle client queries, provide advice, and consultation to stakeholders (internal / external)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in market research, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software (SPSS, R, or similar).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with syndicated data (e.g., NielsenIQ Retail Measurement) is a plus.
- Able to mentor and guide team members, influence and persuade and develop long term sustainable relationships.
- Client-obsessed mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
