ServiceNow Senior ITSM Application Engineer

• provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow ITSM
• develop technical enhancements, implement them, and perform unit tests, where required.
• understand the need to standardize the process/development and incorporate such requirements into the design.
• understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for project success and continuous improvements.
• be organized and analytical, adopt it at working in a team environment, able to implement on-time, and able to handle multiple priorities in an agile environment.
• Create and update the technical documentation.

• The Incumbent need to Meet SLAs / KPI Targets for Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Changes Requests
• The Incumbent is responsible to contribute to continuous improvement of the processes.
• The Incumbent Proactively lives BizDevOps by developing end to end delivery of the product.
• The Incumbent Ensure Quality of the Deliverables on Break fixes and Enhancements. Technical Design is Properly documented.
• The Incumbent must Meet Target Measures for all Change requests, Deliver on Time and with Quality.
• The Incumbent achieve Compliance to all the processes being implemented, by Henkel and by the Team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Overall work experience is 3 - 4 years, (Minimum 3 Years)
• Should have Experience in ServiceNow ITSM Developer incl. interfaces,
