- Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Research and Identify suitable media platforms and negotiate media rates and contracts.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize media campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media buying.
- Manage relationships with media vendors and partners.
- Lead and train a team of media buying specialists, providing guidance and support.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in media buying or digital advertising, with a focus on managing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of media buying strategies and tools.
- Experience with media buying platforms and ad-serving technology.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing media campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
