- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify target segments and optimize campaign targeting
- Optimize campaign performance by adjusting targeting, budgets, and bid strategies based on data analysis
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance
- Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate media buying deals
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and media buying
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives
- Perform other digital marketing and media buying related tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing and media buying, preferably in an agency or similar environment
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and reporting
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels
- Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices
