  • Manages and trains the security team.
  • Hires and onboards new security members.
  • Sets the security team staffing schedule.
  • Ensure all security aspects in place.
  • Follow-up and monitor the security team attendance, performance.
  • Set the evaluation parameters for all the security team.
  • Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Enforce all security policies and procedures in place.
  • Conducts regular security inspections & audits.
  • Investigates security threats and breaches.
  • Prepare comprehensive security reports.
  • Presents security improvement plans to executives.
  • Builds and manages the security departmental budget.
  • Leads company emergency response trainings.
  • Maintains utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ensures that the team follows security and privacy laws and standards.
  • Manages a team and has advanced leadership skills.
  • Remains calm in fast-paced and stressful situations.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and is diligent.
  • Works well independently and has strong project management skills.
