Full-timePOSITION SUMMARYA DAY IN THE LIFEOrder Processing:
  • Capture demand through both manual and electronic order methods.
  • Prioritize order processing speed and accuracy to meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle situations where digital order capture isn't available and complete orders manually.
Exception Management:
  • Identify and report system failures encountered during the order capture process.
  • Collaborate with the Center of Competence (CoC) and Master Data teams to resolve exceptions and system failures related to electronic and digital order capture within defined SLAs.
  • Document all changes made within the order capture process to pinpoint recurring issues and identify root causes of failures.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Participate in NCE (Nestlé Customer Excellence) operational review meetings.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the demand capture process.
Am I a Good Fit for the role?Education:Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (preferred)Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, order processing, or similar role.Skills:
  • Technical Skills:
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).SAP knowledge (preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
