You’ll build, orchestrate, and own the full sales cycle for some of the region’s most forward-thinking clients.From prospecting to pitching to post-sale growth, you’ll be the trusted partner for HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers — helping them solve hiring challenges that go beyond job descriptions.🔑 What You’ll Do✅ Lead with Intelligence: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and AI-powered outreach to build hyper-targeted prospect lists
✅ Deploy ABM Like a Pro: Design and execute Account-Based Marketing campaigns that resonate with complex buying groups
✅ Consult, Don’t Just Sell: Understand HR pain points, offer tailored RPO and recruitment solutions, and deliver long-term value
✅ Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Prospect → Pitch → Propose → Negotiate → Close → Expand
✅ Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with delivery and marketing to ensure our services match client goals
✅ Manage Growth: Expand key accounts, generate referrals, and be the reason clients stay🧬 Who You Are✅ Must-Haves✔ 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (HR services, SaaS, consulting, or recruitment strongly preferred)
✔ Fluent in English & Arabic — confident with HR leaders and C-level conversations
✔ Familiar with Sales Navigator, Apollo, cold email outreach, and CRM systems (Odoo, HubSpot, or similar)
✔ Experience with ABM strategies and multi-threaded prospecting
✔ Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets💡 Bonus Points➕ Experience selling in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets
➕ Familiarity with ATS platforms or RPO models
➕ Comfort working with marketing to co-build campaigns
