- Identify client needs and propose tailored hiring solutions
- Lead proposal development and subscription plan negotiations
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through consultative support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (recruitment or SaaS preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities
- Fluent English is a must; additional languages are a plus (especially for international roles)
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize across time zones (for international roles)
