- Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote CoC programs in Egypt, targeting SFDA Food and Cosmetics, SABER SASO, and other initiatives.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into business opportunities for certification services.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on CoC program requirements and processes.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Leverage a strong understanding of certification standards, including those of the SFDA and SABER SASO, to provide clients with accurate and reliable advice.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline the certification process and address technical challenges.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth in the CoC space.
- Provide regular sales and activity reports to the Egypt General Manager, including performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
