- Collaborate with the Finance department to support the monthly closing cycle.
- Generate and validate MRR/ARR reports from Mazeed CRM solution, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with both financial services and SaaS business objectives.
- Monitor SaaS subscription cycles, billing, renewals, and financial transaction flows across EG, UAE, and KSA using the Mazeed CRM solution.
- Analyze operational workflows (onboarding, customer success, billing, collections, and support) to identify inefficiencies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance client experience, operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Leverage data-driven insights from Mazeed CRM and financial reporting systems to define and track key performance indicators (MRR growth, churn, retention, onboarding SLA, renewal rates, and financial accuracy).
- Utilize Power BI to build advanced reports and dashboards, enabling leadership to monitor performance in real time.
- Provide actionable insights that directly support strategic decisions for both financial services operations and SaaS subscription growth.
- Manage and optimize Mazeed CRM solution to ensure seamless data accuracy across client lifecycle management and financial operations.
- Coordinate with Operations to monitor and optimize the process deployment .
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis of onboarding, renewals, cancellations, collections, and customer success activities across EG, UAE, and KSA.
- Use reliable data to make informed recommendations that improve retention, reduce churn, optimize financial performance, and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Ensure defined workflows, SOPs, and operational processes are implemented consistently across financial services and SaaS operations.
- Monitor execution against agreed SLAs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain updated documentation to support consistent application of processes across regions.
- Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into performance metrics across financial services and SaaS units.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses, enabling leadership teams to drive targeted improvements across regions.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, Power BI
- Familiar with ERP systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong organizational and stress management skills
- 8+ years’ experience overall with 2 years of experience managing employees.
- Working knowledge of Financial services and SaaS business
- Leading team experience
