
Business Development Executive (Egypt- Based/European Market)

- Identify, research, and approach potential B2B clients in the European market using various channels such as cold calling, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Monitor relevant market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to seek out sales opportunities and deliver innovation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather insights, share feedback, and drive continual improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities and performance against targets.
- Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally with some exposure to the localisation or language services sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse business clients.
- Strong research, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively within an international team.
- Previous call centre or inside sales experience is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with a professional approach and passion for connecting with clients.
- Full-time role based in Egypt: from 9 AM to 6 PM
