
Recruitment Specalist Internship

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Update and maintain candidate databases
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in creating job postings and advertisements
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Assist in onboarding new hires and collecting necessary paperwork
- Learn and utilize various recruitment tools and software
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Provide support to the team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- EXCELLENT COMMAND OF ENGLISH IS A MUST
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but not required
- Hands-on experience in the recruitment process
- Exposure to different recruitment strategies and techniques
