- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Relationship Manager to strengthen and expand the presence of offshoring companies in Egypt's ICT sector. This role focuses on fostering long-term, trust-based relationships with investors, overcoming obstacles to growth, and supporting their business development activities. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in managing specific projects in alignment with ITIDA's strategic objectives, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and compliance with established protocols.
- • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key investors, providing them with ongoing support and addressing their needs to ensure satisfaction and continued investment in Egypt's ICT sector.
- Collaboration with External Entities: Work closely with ITIDA, governmental entities to implement and manage agreements with investors, ensuring seamless cooperation and alignment with strategic goals.
- Business Expansion & Growth: Identify new opportunities for business expansion, pinpoint areas for improvement, and present Egypt's value proposition to both current and potential investors.
- Investor Support & Consultancy: Manage the implementation of agreements between ITIDA and investors, providing logistical support as well as market data and indicators.
- Reporting & Monitoring: Explain ITIDA's reporting system to investors, review and monitor their annual plans, and oversee the preparation of periodic reports.
- Budget & Financial Incentives Management: Assist in preparing and monitoring the budget related to financial incentives, and collaborate with the Finance Dept and external auditors.
- Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify challenges hindering expansion efforts and recommend solutions to bridge gaps between investor needs and available resources.
- Project & Due Diligence Support: Lead and manage the implementation of miscellaneous projects, including responding to investor Request For Information (RFIs) and arranging due diligence visits as required.
- Team Collaboration: Provide ongoing support to senior team members and the Unit M
- • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical discipline is preferred).
- MBA is a plus.
- • 5-8 years of experience in customer relationship management, ideally within the ICT or investment sectors.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Solid understanding of the ICT industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong presentation and report writing abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Client-focused with a solutions-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to manage relationships effectively at multiple levels.
