To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Continuous Improvement - NYS Supervisor]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]].Detailed description of main activities:- Responsible for the implementation of Yazaki System within the plant organization.- Create the yearly policy and the master plan for MOTO "Fundamentals of Shop floor Management".- Ensure and manage the standard shop floor setup according to the implementation schedule.- Manage the standard setup of the "Training center" in line with the Yazaki system.- Recognize and visualize potential improvement areas.- Identify improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders on improvement plans to maximize productivity and quality.- Coordinate the training required to ensure the Yazaki Fundamentals knowledge for the relevant stakeholders.- Manages & conduct the Yazaki system "MOTO" Audits & ensure the closure of action Plans & counter measures.- Ensure and manage updates of standards according to the requirements of Y-EMEA Central Function- NYS.- Ensure and promote YAZAKI Way of thinking within own organization.Job Qualifications:
